The Las Vegas Strip reported a fall of 61.4% drop in revenues for June, the first month back in business since the COVID-19 lockdown in the state for over two and half months. The fall although huge was better than analysts expected at 62.2%.
Casinos in Nevada reopened on the 4 of June and the gaming win for the state stood at $566 million which represents a fall of 45.5% compared to the same period in 2019, revenues from Slots for the month was down 29.1%.
Revenues for state taxes for June 2020 came in at $344,027 which is a massive 99.39% down from the same period last year.
